Danielle Callahan

Danielle was born and raised in Washington State, where she was a 3 sport, 4 year varsity athlete before calling it quits after multiple knee injuries. Danielle has a love for sports, but also understands the mental and emotional toll athletes endure when faced with a serious injury. After completing, her Bachelor’s in Psychology she spent over three years as a drug and alcohol counselor working within a high school with high risk students. During that time, Danielle also coached basketball and softball at both the middle school and high school level. Danielle is a recent graduate from Arizona State University where she completed her Master’s in Social Work while maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and is now registered as a Qualified Mental Health professional in the state of Virginia. Danielle is currently working at the National Suicide Prevention Hotline as a crisis counselor, but looks forward to joining the ADC-FC team! She plans to incorporate both her group and individual counseling experience to help athletes reach their peak potential.
